These Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops are cooked low and slow in a tangy, smoky, and slightly sweet barbecue sauce. The meat turns out fall-apart tender, absorbing every bit of the flavorful sauce. Serve with cornbread, mashed potatoes, or coleslaw for the ultimate comfort meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (cut up for easier serving)

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

  • ¼ cup honey (or brown sugar)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup chicken broth

Directions

  • Season pork chops with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth until well combined.
